Why 10 hours for a newbie and 30 days for a "programmer" ?

But if 10 hours of actual usage = 10 hours of rev is open, for a 
newbie, imho, it's too small :
Just to explore menus and docs, test some stacks example, and to do an 
"helloworld" stack.
Not enough of time to really test Dreamcard.
