Understanding the Convert Command

Hello Ken,

Thank you for responding to my post and offering your time function in 
"Re: Calculations Involving Dates".

The problem I'm having with the Convert command adding one hour to its 
result occurs even when I turn off useSystemDate.  Go figure!
