stackFileType

The substack doesn't have a filetype.  Neither does the mainstack, 
really.  It's just the file containing the stack which has a filetype.

Setting the stackFileType should affect any stack files you save after 
setting it.  It is a global property.  Note that this only works for 
newly created stack files.
