Scrollbar settings

You can also see these as tooltips by hovering over the "human" version 
of the text displayed in the default properties windows.  Hovering over 
"Float above everything" reveals a tooltip of "systemWindow", for 
example, which would be the Transcript property name for that 
particular option.
