Hi Kevin,

You aren't doing anything wrong, and it shouldn't be
causing problems ; there is no option to stop it, but
you can always use the merge() function to build your
queries ; example :
--
  put "Foo" into tTable
  put 123456 into tRecID
  put merge("SELECT ca,cb,cc FROM [[tTable]] WHERE
fa=[[tRecID]]") into tSQLQuery
--
