The Scripter's Scrapbook: Update notice

Really cool stack, man.  Something you might want to fix though is in 
the Preferences pane if you click on "How do I get an update?" the 
instructions say to click on 'Is a new version available' from the 
"index on the left" ... but the index is on the right ;)
