I have never received any errors, no matter how many times I put the 
same stack into use. The only thing that should happen is that the 
layering order of the scripts in use will change, if you have more than 
one, with the most-recently "used" script moving ahead of all the 
others. Re-using an already-in-use stack is, in fact, an established way 
to change the order of the stacks in use. If you only have one stack in 
use, re-using it does nothing.

The error must be coming from something else. What is the exact error 
message?
