revSpeak and Windows XP

You can download the older speech engine from Microsoft, install it on your
PC, and *boom* you got revSpeech!

The link (from the Mozilla description of Rev bug #317):

I couldn't get the smallest of the 3 downloads listed to make Win revSpeak
work.
