If you get a recipe please post it to Bugzilla.  Issue that cannot be 
reproduced are hard to fix (but on the upside, by definition perhaps 
they don't need to be <g>).

Two very different issues:  Chipp was wanting to build a UI in which he 
had controls for his main window in the menu bar region.  While Rev 
makes HIG-compliant menuing automatic, what he wanted was a step outside 
the box.

Fortunately Rev was flexible enough to allow what he wanted in just two 
lines.
