Standalone cuts off stack

I have seen it before with substacks too, and have submitted reports to 
Bugzilla about it. But this one is a mainstack, which is why I am 
surprised. The stack does have several substacks of its own, but they 
are not open when the standalone is made, of course.

I do not allow the distribution builder to add anything, as the stack 
does not need any of Rev's resources or libraries. It should be a very 
straightforward build. The stack has only a single card and a menu group.

The stack was saved and closed before building. It's a puzzler.
