Yes:  If you're demo'ing an application, consider just building a 
standalone.

If you're demo'ing the IDE such a minor bug is barely worth a moment's 
notice:  the problem here is that the IDE is prompting to save more 
often than necessary, not less.  As long as risk to data loss is not a 
problem here, all we're looking at is a minor annoyance, and one very 
likely to be fixed in the next release.

So just take 30 seconds to build a standalone and all of this is behind 
you....
