A menu question

I am trying to do as requested and include a Run Rev log in the "About
this app" menu item. I have no need for anything beyond the default
menu but I can not figure out how to:

1) get the default menu to display the name of the stack not
"Revolution" and

2) how to tell the menu to go to card "About" when the About menu item
is selected.

I have tried using on menuPick handler (as part of the stack script)
as outlined in the tutorial on custom menu creation but that doesn't
seem to work. Should it? If this isn't the way, then how DO I use the
default menu to allow me to display a card that tells about my app and
includes the Run Rev logo.
