It's not too hard really...

Open FM AS dictionary will show you the objects...

tell app fmp to activate
open db x
go to record y
grab field z...

Or execute an export/import script... (alas it's filemaker)...
and grab it from RR into your stack...

I have a stack somewhere with snippets I could send you. Still
in HC format though... 

The hard part was finding what the user's selection was...
