Valentina - can mix direct cmds with Rev support

You can, Rodney, but you can't use the same reference number retrieved
when opening a database. You'd need to make two separate "open database"
calls, one for Valentina and one for Rev.

I've done it and it works. Personally, though, since I manipulate and
repost the contents of cursors a lot, I just use the Valentina commands
directly.
