Panther Install Question

It could be this is really new for Panther. (I always run as an admin 
user so it hasn't bitten me) But OS 10.3 fixes a bug where files copied 
from DMG files have wide open permissions (world writable). This was a 
security problem, but the side effect of it would be that in 10.0-10.2 
you could probably run Revolution OK as a non-admin user. In 10.3 the 
correct file permissions on install might actually cause apparent 
problems with Rev. Just speculating.
