clear but unclear problem

Problem: user clicks to go from one card in stack to another
(stack has OS X metal ). When the next card is displayed, all
fields, btns, images, etc are displayed but the background of the card
is transparent (or does not exist) and the previous card is seen
underneath all the controls of the second card.

Any idea whether this is Rev or hardware or OS 10.2.8,
or OS X style metal issue, or maybe Aliens?   ;-)

Only one user reported this problem...but that does not mean
that others saw it and dumped the app.
