Dashed lines not in standalone

1. Create a new stack in OS X.
2. Add two graphics: horizontal and diagonal lines.
3. Check the "dashed lines" checkbox for both.
4. Build a Windows distribution. All inclusions unchecked except
    for Default Patterns. Include Master profile.

The horizontal line is solid, the diagonal one has a strange, irregular
pattern. Bug or feature? Didn't find anything searching Bugzilla; will
file a report but want to check first that it's not pilot error.
