Password protect opening of stacks

If the message delivery time has passed before the current handler 
ends, the message will be delivered then. So an arbitrarily short 
period of time should do.

Also note that if allowInterrupts isn't set to false, the user might be 
able to terminate the password check script (not sure about this -- 
would have to test).
