>= $3,000 		5% + $1.25 	9.50% 		4.9% + $5
>= $10,000		5% + $1.25 	9.00% 		4.8% + $5
>= $30,000 		5% + $1.25 	8.75% 		4.7% + $5
>= $100,000 	5% + $1.25 	8.50% 		4.6% + $5
>= $300,000 	5% + $1.25 	8.25% 		4.5% + $5
>= $1,000,000 	5% + $1.25 	8.00% 		4.4% + $5

All we need now is Transcript CGI code generation on the Kagi servers and
Rev-Kagi plugin.
