heads up: distribution builder now creating different folder names

If you are scripting or automating the use of what Distribution Builder 
produces, be aware that the folder names it's producing seem to have 
changed. In pre 2.1, it was using folder names of the form:
     Standalone_PLATFORM_APPNAME, e.g. Standalone_MacOSX_FacilityCa

apparently 2.1 is producing folders like this:
     APPNAME_PLATFORM_Standalone, e.g. FacilityCa_MacOSX_Standalone

APPNAME is still truncated at 10 characters.
