ComboBox Blues

Fellow Rev-ers,

 

Is there anyway to alter the default position of the label text on a
combobox? The top left of the label text ends up a couple pixels from the
top left of the border. I can't seem to alter that outcome.

 

I have tried:

 

1. Margins (including leftMargin, etc.)

2. Text height via text properties

3. Praying

4. Cursing (easily confused with praying)

4. Calling my friend Chipp

 

Thank you in advance for any responses-even if they are negative or
derisive.
