Rev on Mac OS 10.2 ("Jaguar")

It's all due to Jaguar's  Appearance Manager. Set the Look & Feel to 
Mac OS emulated during editing and you won't get these crashes. 
Presumably the next version of Rev will be updated to co-exist with the 
new version of Appearance Manager.
