MetaCard/Revolution Interaction with Hotline or Gnutella Protocols

I'd like to make MetaCard or Revolution work with the Hotline or Gnutella
Protocols, though I have no idea how to set that up in MetaCard.  Does
anyone have any ideas on how to interface with these protocols and use their
functions.

I'm more interested in the Hotline portion of it, but any help would be
wonderful.  Thanks.
