Did you insert a coin ?
Just kidding ;-)

Submenus are repesented like this in RR: two|oneofTwo

So you have to script something like:

on menupick quoi
  set the itemdel to "|" ## this is not a small L or capital i. it's the 
"vertical bar" alt-7 on a mac
  ### here a "switch...case" statement would be helpful or something like:
   if the number of items of quoi > 1 then
    ### do something with item 2 of quoi
   else
   ### do something with quoi
   end if
end menupick

Hint for all:
No need to reset the itemdelimiter !
That does the engine for us :-)
