What to add in "Android Studio" for new LC version for API 36

Ah, sorry also. 
I am not a Googlistics expert. 
They ask for API 36 now, because they want to push for new devices and whatever.
They claim that it is compatible with older versions… Let us hope.

My personal solution ? 
- For the Play Store do as they say. And try it on your oooooold phone. If it does not work :
- For your device, just install a separate standalone for your OS version (8).

But maybe some android experts will help with something better.
