Labels text in PDF

The font used to render can come from multiple places—the text itself, the field, and who knows what.

It may be that it inherits slightly differently for pdf?



Anyway, some more dust spread, and I recall that I had a button with a script that looped through every field of every page and did something like


set the margins of tgFld to the mrgns of tgFld

Heavy-handed, but it solved the problem.

There were also issues where copy & paste didn’t preserve everything, which also apparently had to do with my copying from federal pdf forms into my own fields.
