GOOGLE is annoying (again): API 16

no takers? Very sad...

Did not find anything in the "Release Notes" of LC 10.x & 11.0.
So I ask the mothership directly, please provide some infos for my
question or tell where to find this important info, thank you!

Noone else affected by this new GOOGLE requirement?
