Yes LCServer has worked beautifully with the CE edition LC  for many years and therefore with HyperXtalk, and also with OpenXTalk . In fact you can use recent editions of Server, with the old CE engine in the standalone.

Now works with webtalk too, though the concept of a “standalone” in webtalk is something different and still a work in progress.
