The Livecode Create discussions (if you can call it that) are at
https://discourse.livecode.com/

Very little is happening there - my guess is that many people share my
view that LCC is at least a year away from being usable (and indeed 6
months away from having anything approaching adequate documentation), so
they might take a look in every so often, try something, find errors /
dead-ends, and go away again - usually not even bothering to report the
errors because they are *so* basic and obvious that they must be already
known.

Alex.

P.S. case in point - I just yesterday tried the (I think it's new) Date
Field widget (not the Date Picker).

1. it lacks the obvious options that Date Picker has such as padDates,
monthNames, dayNames, ...

2. it has both leadingIcon and trailingIcon - but only leading can be
toggled on/off

3. the visible date is in American format only.

OK - that's a killer for me - I give up on it.

And btw, both Date Field and DatePicker also lack many features
available in most datepickers - even some of the old scripted ones in
Livecode/RunRev history, such as date range limits, marked special days,
restriction on picking for example weekdays only, or weekends only, .or ....
