keyboard on iOS : external or software detection

Hello
I have a game published on App Store (Snake Bar).
I want to add the possibility of using an external keyboard (if there is one connected on the device) for iPhones and iPads.

There is a button in my game’s settings to choose with or without keyboard and it works correctly (focus on nothing or focus on a field) :

- Everything is ok if there is an external kb connected (keys recognised and no software kb on screen
- If there is no external kb connected, the software kb jumps on screen. I would like that in this case the option for a kb is null.

The problem is that I don’t know how to detect that a physical kb is connected. I tried several solutions including mergaccessoryNames but no luck
Writing and including a framework from Xcode is above my feeble knowledge.

Have you got an idea ? Thanks
