Apple made a change to menus in, i thin, Sonoma? (+/- 1 release). This
broke menus in LC and any LC standalone on that version of macOS or
above. LC, Ltd had to release a new version of LC to fix the menu issue
so LC would run on versions higher than Sonoma. 9.6.3 is definitely
BEFORE this fix. The symptom is exactly as described below. The app just
quiting on start up (when it tries to initialize any menus). Some people
has success with Standalone that had NO menus continuing to run.
