are there any further infos about my setup I should provide to solve this mistery?
It seems to only affect me and my setup!

Of even take some actions on my side?
Even radical ones like de- and re-installing JAVA and/or Android Studio completey?

I am sure the keystore would be working without problems on your machine like 
it did for Matthias R...
