I had setup my Android stuff some time ago, when SDK tools 31 was the maximum for LC.

I did NOT create that folder "34.0.0", so how did it get there? Did LC Create create it?
I don't see : SDK tools -> 34.0.0 at all in my SKD Manager in Android Studio?
