Why does my apostrophe ‘ not display on my iPhone?

Hi all,

I am currently updating my iOS app and have hit a few glitches.
The one I am currently trying to solve it displaying an ‘ as in < who’s there>.
On my Mac and on the iPhone simulator it displays fine.
But if I install it on my iPhone or iPad I get something like. .Aeo as in “who’s there” becomes “Who.Aeos there”
I am using Apple’s Chancery font which I copy over in my build.
Thoughts?
