macOS Sequoia (v15) and popup menu bugs?

I should have been more clear - I wasn't suggesting you need to test and
reproduce on sequoia first - we just need a stack with a button which
has the initial contents of the popup context menu in it, then on
mouseDown it rewrites it to the new version (i.e. emulating what is
happening). We can then see if that crashes and if so we have a recipe
without you having to setup Sequoia - if it doesn't then more work will
be needed to establish a recipe.
