Installing LC on Ubuntu?

Rick - could you leave a comment on the lesson? Then I can add it to the queue to be corrected/updated as needed. 

I could (and probably will) just add it to the queue anyway but I'd like to encourage people to comment on the lessons where they find issues, as we routinely address these and it helps to keep the lessons up to date.
