REGRESSION in LC 9.6.9rc2

Hi Paul

RC3 is not far off and both Kevin and Mark are already very keen to get it out already. I believe there are arrangements for access to internal builds, however, I’m not sure of the fees involved. Might be best to query Heather on that.
