Answer dialog text missing in standalone 9.6.9

Matthias makes a point. Sometimes trying with a brand new stack will show that there is something amiss, even corrupted, with the stack of interest. If the new stack works, it likely means that LiveCode works, and the problem lies within the recalcitrant stack.
