Light Windows programs takes 40 s to load

Hello Dar,

So, try this:

1. Open Windows Task Manager
2. Search for a process named "Spooler Subsystem app" or just "Print
Spooler"
3. Force quit this process

Now open your standalone and see if it starts immediately.
