iOS Profiles and CertificateSigningRequest.certSigningRequest

Hi all,

I am currently workung through these lessons:

Both require that we create a -> CertificateSigningRequest.certSigningRequest 
via the keychain app that needs to be uploaded to Apple.

Question:
Can I use the SAME CertificateSigningRequest.certSigningRequest file for the distibution 
and development profile?
