Can we install "command Line Tools 14.1" on Mac?

You can install any number of Xcode versions. Just point the build tools to
13.2.1.
In terminal
Xcode-select --print-path
Will show the current selected path to xcode.app for building
sudo xcode-select --switch PathToXcode13
will set the build tools path

I know that LC is not compatible with Xcode 14.

But what about the command line tools?
Is it safe to install the latest version 14.1?
