Return of Hilited text of Popup Menu items

No messages are sent while a menu is open. Further, a “mouseMove” handler in, say, the card script stops receiving messages while that menu is open.

Such a gadget, likely drawn by the underlying OS, seems to be blocking. So, I think, no.
