iPhoneSafeAreaInsets() and Android

FYI, iPhoneSafeAreaInsets() returns EMPTY on Android.
Will file an enhancement request that is will return at least the screenrect on Android,
so there is no need for a PLATFORM check. 

We already need too much of them. 8-)
