"The backgroundColor of an image is the second color in the image's color
palette."

(In general, it's not very useful to set the colors of an image. If you
want a changeable background color, it's probably simplest to put a graphic
behind it, so the graphic shows through the transparent pixels of the
image, and set the graphic's backgroundColor instead.)
