[ANN] Release 9.6.2 RC-2

I look forward to the day I can transition to an ARM based Mac. Those puppies are amazingly fast and it’s unlikely Windows machines will be competitive at the same price point. But … I’ll be using my Mac Book Air for years to come, it’s only 6 years old.
