Setting (mobileControlSet sScrollerId, "delayTouches", "true") to make it
easier to scroll without getting the mouseDown message unintentionally is
iOS only. What is the solution for Android?

God created the oceans.
On the third day, God put the animals on hold for a few hours,
   and did a little diving.
And God said, "This is good."
