Problems locating Android SDK

Mine is working, I'm wondering if I can put it a dropbox for you. (4.6 GB) Or does it put your "machine signature" on it  when you install it.  I remember having to "down grade it"  to build-tools 29.0.01 to get it to be seen by LC,
