Compiles But Does Not Execute

I had a cut-and-paste mistake. I wonder why this compiles but throws an error at execution time? Is this a bug or a parser anomaly? Took me a few minutes to spot it as it was a small change to LC server code and had to debug via a test routine in the IDE.

put ">" after tStr after tStr
