[ANN] Release 9.0.4 RC-3

Really? I ran into trouble a couple of days ago trying to install a couple of my apps onto an iPad that I had recently updated to iOS 12.2 and assumed it wasn't possible. LC 9.0.4 (rc2), Xcode 10.1.

    Thanks to the team for the acceleratedRendering fix.
    
    But we can't build for iOS 12.2.
    
    So we are out of luck 
    
    a) to test in our own iPhones
    b) to go live to the AppleApp store.
    
    Well anyway, if it works on Android, it has always worked on iPhone...I'll assume if it works on my Moto6, that we are good, for development. 
    
    I am two weeks away from an interim release...I need to keep the two platforms in sync.
