I've run into a bug on Windows (and Linux) with regard to popup menus 
over a field using mouseMove or mouseWithin.

These potentially impact anyone doing context menus on the desktop on 
any platform other than OSX. I wanted to give the community a heads up 
in case you current or future applications may be impacted and to see if 
anyone cares to add themselves to these bugs to build some momentum for 
a fix in 9.0.5 or 9.0.6 vs 9.5.0 or later.
